Delete your account and data
Use this page to ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. You do not need the app installed.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself now
Sign in on our secure deletion page with your username (or email or phone) and password, then confirm. Your account is hidden and every sign-in is closed immediately.
You can also request a copy of your data there first (after you confirm, sign-in is closed and you can no longer export).
Option 2 — Ask us with the form (if you cannot sign in)
Fill in the form and your request reaches our support team. For your security we answer only the email address registered on the account, and we may ask you to confirm details before deleting anything.
What happens next
- Your account is hidden and all devices are signed out as soon as the request is confirmed.
- Our team completes the deletion by hand within 14 days. Nothing is scheduled to run on its own.
- During those 14 days only our support team can restore the account, if you write to eram@eram.app and quote your case number.
- You cannot reverse the deletion yourself. The username does not become available again.
- We answer form requests only at the email address registered on the account.
What is deleted and what we keep
