Community Guidelines

ERAM CARDS is a place for enjoyable, fair play. These guidelines summarise the Terms of Use (sections 6, 7, 8, 16 and 17); if the wording differs, the Terms prevail.

Respect

• No harassment, bullying, threats, insults or stalking, and no promotion of hatred, violence or discrimination.
• No sexual, graphic, extremist or illegal content, and no spam or advertising.
• Do not share other people's private information or impersonate anyone.

Fair play

• No cheating: no bots, scripts, modified clients or other unfair aids.
• No collusion, secret signalling, win-trading or sharing hidden information with another player to gain an advantage.
• Do not leave or stall matches on purpose to spoil them for others; repeated abandonment may be penalised.
• No gambling, betting or exchange of money or value between players.

Chat, friends and alliances

You are responsible for your content and conduct. We may hide or delete messages, mute users, remove members or dissolve alliances that break the Terms. You can block, mute and report other players.

Reporting and enforcement

• To report a problem write to eram@eram.app with the player's name and what happened.
• We may issue warnings, restrict features, cancel results or rewards, or suspend or permanently ban accounts. Serious or repeated violations may be penalised without warning.
• If you believe a sanction was wrong, email us from your account email with your username, the date and your reason so we can review it.
