Child Safety Standards

ERAM CARDS is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. This page describes our commitment to protecting children and is consistent with the Privacy Policy (section 15) and the Terms of Use (section 3).

Minimum age

• Users must be at least 18. We verify age from the date of birth entered, may request verification, and may close accounts with false age or identity data.
• We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor we close it and delete its data.

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for any content or behaviour that exploits or endangers children, including any sexual content involving minors. Any such violation leads to a permanent ban of the account and device, preservation of information, and reporting to the competent authorities where appropriate.

Reporting

• Report any child-safety concern, or an account that belongs to a minor, to eram@eram.app.
• Parents or guardians who believe a minor has registered should write to the same address.
• We review reports and take appropriate action; players and content can also be reported inside the app.
